Private/professional canvases

OPTIMUM canvases make it possible to distinguish private uses from professional uses of vehicles.

‍The fleet manager defines for each driver the time slots worked (professional uses). Outside of these time slots, uses will be deemed private. These templates can of course be modified, by the fleet manager and/or by the driver. These changes can be made via the OPTIMUM fleet management platform and via the OPTIMUM CONNECT mobile application. The distinction between private/professional uses is particularly useful for Calculating Benefits in Nature and mileage allowances (for liberal professions).
