The address book is a tool integrated into the fleet management platform that centralizes the contact details of key contacts linked to each vehicle: drivers, partner garages, suppliers, managers, insurers, customers, etc. It facilitates communication, intervention planning and administrative follow-up while guaranteeing traceability.

The import of addresses can be done individually or in bulk, via the import of an Excel file into the Data Hub Optimum.
