Data Trouble Codes (DTC)

Les Data Trouble Codes (DTC) are embedded diagnostic codes transmitted by vehicle electronics when a malfunction is detected. These standardized codes (such as OBD-II) make it possible to precisely identify the origin of a technical problem: engine, battery, sensors, emissions, etc.

The integration of DTCs into a fleet management platform, via CAN telematic boxes or original telematics boxes pre-installed by manufacturers, makes it possible to capture all the information from the vehicle's on-board computer: oil levels, fuel level, fuel level, battery level, battery level, mileage meter, maintenance deadline, etc.
