Fuel Monitoring

Fuel Monitoring is an essential function of fleet management that allows vehicle fuel consumption to be analyzed in real time.
OPTIMUM offers a service of management and monitoring of fuel consumption.

This service is based on the collection of data in real time carried out by various means:
- a CAN telematics box (access to data from the vehicle's on-board computer)
- a manufacturer's telematics unit (OPTIMUM has an official approval from Stellantis and the Renault Group allowing the exploitation of vehicle data)
- a fuel probe, coupled to the telematic unit, which makes it possible to raise the fuel level in the tanks.

Monitoring fuel consumption makes it possible to detect abnormal deviations, to prevent fraud and to implement eco-driving actions to reduce costs and the carbon footprint.
