LOM

The LOM (Mobility Orientation Law), adopted in 2019, aims to sustainably transform mobility in France. It requires companies with more than 50 employees on the same site to establish a mobility plan, promotes the Sustainable Mobility Package, supports the electrification of fleets and encourages shared mobility. For park managers, the LOM is a structuring regulatory framework to accelerate the ecological transition and adapt internal travel policies.
