Part 1/2

On November 10, the MAP mobility observatory organized a round table on the challenges of sustainable mobility in companies. An exchange in which The Automobile & The Business participated in order to shed light on the regulatory framework for greening corporate fleets (LOM, CSRD, ZFE...) alongside Pierre Yves Appert from the DGITM, who spoke on the various devices that currently support home-work mobility, and Nicolas Doré from Ademe, who was able to present the MobiliPro system.

Faced with environmental and public health challenges, businesses and administrations are increasingly responsible for participating in efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and improve air quality. In this context, they are asked to change their practice by acting in particular on their vehicle fleet as well as on the mobility of employees, through various regulatory measures, such as the sustainable mobility package or even fleet greening quotas.

But who is in charge of ensuring the implementation of this regulation within a company? Because on closer inspection, beyond the mobility aspect, it is in reality a real strategy that can be part of a quality approach, or even an environmental management system, requiring employees to be questioned and made aware of mobility issues.

So it would be fair to talk about Business Project, Articulated Around the 3 Major Shutters environment/social/economic, and which certainly requires the will and the impetus of company management in order to succeed.

Expertise and feedback on the ground

To shed light on this problem, on November 10, on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the French Federation of Automobile Expertise, the MAP mobility observatory organized a round table on the challenges of sustainable mobility in companies.

An exchange in which The Automobile & The Business Participated in order to provide his expertise on the regulatory framework for greening corporate fleets, alongside Pierre Yves Appert from the DGITM, who spoke on the various devices that currently support home-work mobility, and Nicolas Doré from Ademe, who was able to present the MobiliPro system.

The round table continued with the expertise of Xavier Poullain, events and mobility manager for the LDC group, and Laure Wagner, creator of the start-up 1KM on foot, which supports companies in the modal shift and better wage organization in order to benefit from better mobility.

Finally, a third step was taken to illustrate the importance of data and good data processing for efficient mobility management within companies, with the testimonies of RSolutions Expertises and Optimum Automotive, in the face of the feedback from Jean-Luc Deconquin, Head of the Mobility Department of the Apogées Network, who was able to report on his difficulties in sustainably greening his fleet.

The discussions were moderated by Laurent Hecquet, Director General of MAP.
