At the engineering company Europe Technologies, the Excel spreadsheet has given way to fleet management software for the supervision of the 90 vehicles in the fleet.

The Europe Technologies group has chosen Avrios management software to supervise its fleet of 90 vehicles. A specialist in the engineering and industrialization of advanced technological solutions, the group has hitherto managed its fleet with an Excel spreadsheet. “This confronted us with several difficulties,” says Lilou Launay, the general resources manager in charge of Europe Technologies' car fleet. Namely: “Scattered, unupdated and unreliable data, the absence of a complete history of vehicles or claims, and a non-optimized calculation of AENs for company vehicles.”
The Avrios software, distributed by Shiftmove, was chosen at the end of 2025 following a comparison of the various solutions on the market. Lilou Launay cites in particular the “ergonomics and ease of use” of the product. The manager adds: “The functionalities enriched by artificial intelligence allow us to save precious time in the daily management of vehicles and drivers.”
Next step: exploiting telematics data
The Shiftmove teams then supported Europe Technologies in deploying the solution. Among the functionalities used by the company: “The import of invoices and the automatic assignment of costs, the calculation of the TCO per vehicle or by fleet, the management of assignments to subsidiaries and drivers, the monitoring of claims”, details the publisher.
Europe Technologies is now considering exploiting embedded telematics data. This information will be collected via the Optimum platform, another Shiftmove product. The aim is in particular to arbitrate between the calculation of AEN on the basis of a fixed price or on a real basis, “with the result of significant savings for the company as well as for the employees”, projects Lilou Launay.
As a reminder, Avrios is a fleet management software in SAAS mode, created in Switzerland in 2015. It became a Shiftmove Group brand in 2023. Since that date, Shiftmove has also expanded its telematics brands Optimum Automotive and Ocean.
