Fuel theft: Optimum Automotive launches Securifuel, an innovative detection and alert solution
The French specialist in fleet management, Optimum Automotive, present Securifuel, an advanced solution to limit fuel theft on trucks and construction equipment. This innovation is based on technology G-Keep, acquired by Optimum Automotive in August 2021.
Securifuel uses a connected fuel probe to the tank, installed without drilling, which continuously measures the fuel level. In the event of a sudden drop in level, a loud 100 dB alarm sounds automatically, while an SMS alert is sent instantly to designated persons, such as the driver or fleet manager.
Intended for fleet managers, the Securifuel management platform allowsoptimize fuel consumption thanks to real-time monitoring of vehicles and levels, a detailed analysis of consumption, the definition of objectives, the detection of diversions at the pump, as well as the management and optimization of fillings.
