Claims Management

Automotive claims management includes the recording, monitoring, and treatment of accidents or incidents involving a fleet vehicle. It involves the insurance company, the driver, the repairers, and the car fleet manager.
The OPTIMUM CONNECT mobile application, via the claims management module, allows the driver to transmit to the fleet manager all the information necessary for the proper treatment of the claim: date, time, location, circumstance, identification of a third party if applicable, photographs of the damage. All the elements are digitized and immediately accessible to the fleet manager so that the latter can start the necessary procedures as soon as possible: insurance declaration, repair order, etc.
