Emission taxes

In addition to the CO₂ tax, a second tax has been introduced: the Air Pollutant Emissions Tax. It takes into account not only the type of fuel used (gasoline, diesel, etc.) but also the vehicle's Euro standard, which determines its level of emission of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) or fine particles. This tax aims to punish the oldest and most polluting vehicles and to encourage the renewal of the fleet towards cleaner engines (electric, hybrid, Euro 6d gasoline, etc.).

The “TVS/AEN taxation” service of the OPTIMUM car fleet management solution makes it possible to automatically calculate the amount of this tax. All you have to do is report it directly to your tax return.
