Mobilize, a Renault Group entity, is taking a new step in the development of its connected services by deploying its "Mobilize Fleet Connect" solution in France. Already operational in several European countries, this offering now relies on a strengthened partnership with Optimum by Shiftmove, which provides the telematics technology and associated fleet management platform. The objective: to offer companies a more comprehensive tool to manage their vehicles, optimize costs, and leverage real-time data.
Mobilize, the Renault Group brand dedicated to new mobilities, is therefore officially launching the deployment in France of its "Mobilize Fleet Connect" solution, already available in other European countries. Aimed at Renault, Dacia, and Alpine fleets, the solution seeks to meet a growing demand from managers who face challenges in controlling TCO, reducing consumption, and simplifying administration. "We chose Optimum for the comprehensive features of its offering and its ability to support our ambition for an intuitive and high-performing platform,"explains Hannan Morchid, Business Manager at Mobilize.
A platform focused on operational performance
Mobilize Fleet Connect is based on the collection and analysis of data directly from vehicles. Thanks to embedded telematics and the Optimum platform, companies gain access to a precise and up-to-date view of their fleet. Key features include real-time geolocation, driving behavior analysis, fuel consumption monitoring, and total cost of ownership management. Eventually, digitized fine management via ANTAI integration will complete the offering.
This approach aims to provide managers with reliable and centralized information to facilitate daily decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Mobilize also emphasizes the importance of human support, with a dedicated system including a hotline and deployment support.
A dual commercialization model
The collaboration between Mobilize and Optimum is a continuation of work already undertaken internationally. It consolidates the solution's technological foundation while strengthening commercial support. "With Optimum, we are strengthening the telematics and data capabilities of our solution to more effectively meet the expectations of fleet managers,"highlights Hannan Morchid.
Mobilize is deploying its offering according to two models: a direct model driven by Renault's sales teams, supported by Optimum, and a referral model aimed at identifying opportunities with clients already using financing or a partial telematics solution. This strategy particularly targets small and medium-sized fleets, which are often looking for simple tools to structure their management.
To date, 90% of onboardings have been successfully completed
Initial feedback confirms the solution's value: 90% of onboardings were successfully completed, data quality is considered very satisfactory, and the human support is particularly appreciated. Users highlight the platform's rich functionality and its usefulness in daily management.
Mobilize Fleet Connect notably helps to better control costs through a detailed TCO overview, improve driving practices, optimize vehicle usage, and simplify administrative management. Two plans are offered starting from 7.90 euros ex-VAT per vehicle per month: an EcoDriving version focused on driving analysis, and a Geolocation version integrating geolocation, eco-driving, and advanced tracking and analysis.
