The management of traffic tickets is a major challenge for companies with a car fleet. Framed by strict legal obligations, it imposes specific deadlines for the designation of drivers and exposes organizations to financial sanctions in the event of non-compliance. In this context, controlling the process is essential to secure the activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
With its integrated ANTAI module, OPTIMUM has been supporting its customers for several years in digitizing and simplifying this management. Today, the platform is taking a new step forward with ANTAI v2, a major evolution that reinforces the performance, responsiveness and compliance of the processing of infringements. More than a technical update, this new version reflects OPTIMUM's commitment to offering a solution that is always at the forefront of regulatory and technological requirements.
ANTAI on OPTIMUM: centralize, automate and secure
The ANTAI module integrated into the OPTIMUM platform allows the automated processing of traffic violations for your entire car fleet.
OPTIMUM is directly connected to ANTAI (National Agency for Automated Crime Processing), a public administrative establishment attached to the Ministry of the Interior. This official interconnection allows the secure and automated transmission of driver designations to the French administration.
Concretely, all tickets are grouped together in a single space within your platform. The designation of responsible drivers is carried out in a simple, digital and centralized manner. The company thus benefits from a clear, structured and traceable vision of all offenses related to its fleet.
This centralization makes it possible to significantly reduce the time spent on administrative procedures, to limit errors and to ensure strict compliance with legal deadlines. The ANTAI module then becomes a real management tool, transforming a regulatory constraint into a lever for efficiency.
ANTAI compliance, a legal imperative
Compliance with ANTAI is not just a good practice: it is a regulatory obligation. When an offence is committed with a company vehicle, the company must identify and designate the responsible driver within a period defined by law (45 days).
In the event of lack of designation or delay, the company is eventually exposed to additional financial penalties. Compliance therefore makes it possible to legally secure the organization, to control financial risks and to ensure transparent management of responsibilities.
Thanks to the automation offered by OPTIMUM, procedures are simplified, deadlines are respected and the risk of error is considerably reduced. Being “ANTAI compliant” means protecting your business while optimizing the management of your fleet.
ANTAI v2 evolution and driver data update
Faced with changes in government requirements, OPTIMUM is constantly adapting its solutions to guarantee its customers continuous compliance. The new ANTAI v2 version, which must be adopted before 31 March 2026, meets the new standards imposed by the French administration and will become essential to continue to benefit from the service.
One of the major advances of ANTAI v2 lies in the significant improvement of exchanges with the National Agency for Automated Crime Processing.
While the current version required a processing time of one to two business days, the new version now allows for transmission and feedback in only one to two hours. Designations are processed more quickly, exchanges are more fluid and the overall management of offenses is more efficient.
In addition to speed, ANTAI v2 reinforces the reliability of transmissions and guarantees total compliance with new regulatory obligations.
In order to take full advantage of ANTAI v2, updated driver information is necessary. The new version requires complete and structured data, whether identity information, elements related to driving licenses or administrative data for legal entities, in order to ensure a compliant designation and reliable transmissions to the administration. This update can be done simply from the OPTIMUM platform or via a mass import using the HUB.
The transition to ANTAI v2 is smooth and without interruption of service. Once the data is updated, the new version becomes your main space for managing tickets. The old module will be deactivated at the end of May 2026, so it is recommended to anticipate the migration and finalize the current files.
Anticipating the transition to ANTAI v2 now means guaranteeing the continuity of your compliance and optimizing the administrative performance of your fleet. With OPTIMUM, you choose centralized, secure and future-oriented management.
