Optimum Automotive launches Trip Keeper, an innovative solution for managing employee mobility expenses
Solution Overview
Optimum Automotive presents Trip Keeper, a complete solution composed of three tools:
- one Mobile app,
- a payment card (physical and dematerialized),
- a management platform.
Thanks to this platform, the fleet or mobility manager can:
- manage the number and identity of users,
- define the nature of authorized expenses and payment limits,
- directly allocate the amounts linked to the sustainable mobility package (FMD) or to the mobility credit to employee accounts,
- track the amount of expenses,
- assess the carbon footprint of travel,
- analyze part of the Total Cost of Mobility (TCM) collaborators.
Features for employees
Employees benefit from an application that allows them to:
- to select the adapted means of transport from those authorized in their FMD or mobility credit,
- to access a summary of their expenses,
- to pay their fees via a dematerialized payment card,
- to digitize their payment receipts.
In addition, a physical Mastercard card is available to pay for transport costs as well as expenses related to the use of their vehicle (car parks, car washes, fuel).
Trip Keeper goals according to Optimum Automotive:
- Promote alternative forms of mobility,
- Facilitate the management and advance of expenses by employees,
- Provide access to all service stations, regardless of the operator.
