Optimum Automotive sets up in South America to extend its expertise in fleet management
The Aix-based SME Optimum Automotive, specializing in the management of car fleets and the adoption of new mobilities, announces its establishment in Bogota, Colombia, to serve the surrounding South American countries. With more than 100 employees, this regional expansion aims to provide local logistical support, through a dedicated team, acquisitions of Colombian businesses and strategic partnerships with key players such as rental companies, insurers and vehicle importers.
After having already successfully established itself in Sub-Saharan Africa (Abidjan), in Maghreb (Casablanca) and in Europe (Barcelona), Optimum Automotive is thus strengthening its international presence. To lead this new office, the company appointed Jaime Izquierdo, an expert with 20 years of experience in transport and telematics in Colombia.
To date, Optimum Automotive manages a global fleet of 135,000 vehicles for 7,500 corporate customers.
